Reservation Terms

Thank you for joining the Helioform Founder List.

By placing a reservation, you secure priority access to purchase a Sunrise Bar before our public launch. These Reservation Terms explain how the reservation process works and what you can expect.

A $1 USD reservation fee is required to join the Helioform Founder List.

The reservation fee is non-refundable and helps us better understand demand, plan production, and ensure founder purchasing opportunities are offered to customers who have demonstrated genuine purchase intent.

Your reservation secures your place on the Founder List but does not constitute the purchase of a Sunrise Bar.

Reservation holders will receive priority access to purchase a Sunrise Bar before the general public.

Our current plan is to invite reservation holders to purchase through a private Kickstarter reward before the public launch of our Kickstarter campaign.

Because the Sunrise Bar is still under development, our launch strategy may evolve. If our launch platform or purchasing process changes, Helioform will provide reservation holders with an alternative method of accessing their founder purchasing opportunity.

Reservation holders will receive access to exclusive founder pricing.

Pricing displayed on the Helioform website reflects our current expectations and is subject to change before launch.

Final pricing, availability, purchase limits, and ordering instructions will be communicated before founder purchasing begins.

We currently expect to begin accepting founder orders in Fall 2026.

Current shipping estimates begin in Spring 2027.

These dates are estimates only and may change due to product development, manufacturing, certification, logistics, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Sunrise Bar is currently under development.

Specifications, materials, dimensions, finishes, software, and other product details may evolve leading up to our expected Fall 2026 production run.

Helioform may refine product specifications, features, and design details prior to launch without prior notice.

We encourage reservation holders to review the final product specifications and pricing before completing their purchase.

We are currently planning to offer founder pricing to the first 200 eligible reservation holders, based on our current production plans.

Because production plans may evolve before launch, this number may change.

Founder pricing will be available while inventory allocated to the Founder List remains available.

A reservation secures priority purchasing access only.

A reservation does not guarantee product availability, a specific delivery date, participation in any particular crowdfunding platform, or that production will proceed exactly as currently planned.

We’re building something new, and plans sometimes evolve along the way. If our launch plans change, we’ll do our best to keep reservation holders informed throughout the process.

In certain circumstances, we may need to modify, postpone, suspend, or discontinue the reservation program. If any material changes affect your reservation or founder purchasing opportunity, we’ll notify you using the email address provided during checkout.

By placing a reservation, you agree to receive emails regarding your reservation, founder purchasing opportunity, launch updates, and other communications directly related to the Sunrise Bar.

You may unsubscribe from general marketing emails at any time. Important communications relating to your reservation may still be sent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helioform shall not be liable for delays, schedule changes, manufacturing issues, supplier delays, shipping delays, product modifications, or other circumstances outside of Helioform’s reasonable control that affect the timing or availability of the Sunrise Bar.

Information collected during the reservation process will be handled in accordance with the Helioform Privacy Policy.

These Reservation Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
